"Your Children & Grandchildren Suffer"

When you think of the future of America. What comes to mind first? Children,Economy,War, Security? Well fact is and history has it like this. The Federal Government has oversight programs that were promoted to Society as being the tools needed to protect "Freedom and Liberties".

Fact is in the past 30 years We The People have instilled trust in our Government to have full oversight to the most important Fundamental Liberties of the American Constitution. States have been allowed to create laws that violate the American Constitution in many ways. They have been permitted to violate at will without any punishment from Society. These are just a few examples and some of the most important ones we face today.

1. The Federal Government oversight of the Trade Commission resulted in millions of products being Re-called for health hazards such as Lead Based Paint on children toys.

2. The Federal Government oversight of the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Allowing disease infested food to the open market. Beef recalls, Peanut Butter recalls, just about everything that is in our stores have at one or another time been on the recall list.

3. The federal Government Oversight of the Family Court System. The Federal Government issues large sums of money to the State for them to have certain things happen in the family court system that blatantly violates the State and Federal Constitutions. This fact puts so many children at risk for developmental issues. Placing families at war with the children becoming the casualties. Neither the custodial parent nor the child receives the Federal Funding issued to the State. Only the SERVICE PROVIDERS profit. While the child is left suffering with no options, the state and local government offices capitalize receiving large amounts of Federal Dollars (Tax Dollars) While the children are left to suffer along with the Residential parent. The non-custodial parents are forced to pay ridiculous amounts that the Child Support Court knows full well the parent is unable to pay. They know this because they do the math before imposing these fees and fines against the parent. You see the Federal Government pays the State EVEN if they do not collect the arrears. The Federal Government pays Dollar for Dollar. Meaning the state and local authorities get federal dollars if they collect money or imprison the non-custodial parent for nonpayment. The Federal Government Funding goes into the GENERAL FUND Account. This is the same General Fund that here locally has been used as a private bank for local politicians to take there whole families to Disney World on our tax dollar, and have $1000 plate dinners and buy huge SUV luxury cars and use them as their own personal vehicles.

If you are lucky enough to find an attorney that will take a stand and speak out against the court for violating the constitution that Attorney will be BLACKLISTED. Meaning that all other cases involved with that attorney will be affected. Judges share a list of the Blacklisted Attorneys on a private Data Base.

The only way to fight this system is to take it on yourself. Get educated as to your rights via the constitution and get publicity (AS MANY PEOPLE INFORMED) as you possibly can. Take a stand and demand CHILD SUPPORT REFORM. Your future and your civil Liberties depend on you. Your Children and Grandchildren and even your Great Grandchildren ARE DEPENDING ON YOU. Our future as a civil Society relies on we the people correcting the Federal Corruption that has plagued our communities for decades. This has lead us to the Government regulated MELT- DOWN we are faced with today.
